Solara has seventeen years of experience supporting the private and public sectors. She directed an extensive portfolio of policy and appropriations including agriculture, agricultural trade, business, and foreign affairs for senior members of the U.S. House of Representatives. She also worked for the global management consulting firm Deloitte in the federal consulting practice.
Solara holds a Master's degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Lewis-Clark State College with an emphasis in Pacific Rim Studies. She also studied International Agriculture and Rural Development at Cornell University. Solara has a certificate in International Business Management from Georgetown University.
